SubscriberHi Win!
I don't really understand what you mean. Every apps work on my computer so i can run fluent for example but just WorkBench not. If you mean the language of my computer, it's currently French. So, I try to find the path you give to me but I found nothing...I also put more detail.
Thanks for you help.
François

Ansys Employee@ravisaiteja please create a new thread for your own issue
Hi François,
I meant to try the followings one-by-one Note: does not have to be in this order
1. Try creating a Windows user account that only has English letters in the name, ref https://www.webucator.com/how-to/how-create-second-user-account-windows-10.cfm
2. Change your systems language to English, ref https://www.windowscentral.com/how-properly-change-system-default-language-windows-10
3. Check your ANSYS installation path to see if the path name has any other language aside from English in it, like C:non-English folder nameANSYS Inc
Thanks,
Win
