Workbench 18.2 exception after install: Could not load file or assembly “IronPython”..

  Installed from file download ANSYSACADEMICSTUDENT_182_WINX64.zip
  
  SpaceClaim starts and works ok.
  
  Starting Workbench 18.2 either from shortcut or from SpaceClaim produces the following popup exception, and no workbench opening.
  
  How to proceed?

  Hello What do you mean you started Workbench from SpaceClaim?
  What’s your PC specs and your Operating system?

  SpaceClaim has a Workbench tab with start workbench 18.2 button. But it's the same issue regardless where I start from or whether SpaceClaim runs or not. It first happened from Workbench 18.2 shortcut ("C:Program FilesANSYS Studentv182FrameworkbinWin64runwb2.exe"), before I ever had opened SpaceClaim.
  
  PC is Thinkpad W520 i7-2760QM, Nvidia Quadro 1000M, 16gb ram, SSD, Windows 7 Pro. Docked with 2 external monitors.
  
  Btw, I have IronPython at "C:Program Files (x86)IronPython 2.7ipy.exe"

  Well I installed IronPython 2.7.5, and now Workbench does start.
