Work Bench and other applications doesn’t appear

  Hello,
  
  I successfully installed Ansys 2020 in my PC (Windows 10). After that when I go to "Start" and search for Work Bench application on Ansys folder it doesn't show any of the application that usually appears. Can you guys please help, seeing where did I went wrong?
  
  I upload a Print Screen image to show what I mean exactly.

  Please post the screenshot inline with text as ANSYS employees are not allowed to download them.
  
  If you open CMD Prompt and enter the following command
  
  "%awp_root201%FrameworkbinWin64runwb2.exe"
  
  does this launch Workbench ?

  I tried the command and the answer was: "The system cannot find the path specified."

  Hi Tiago ,
  
  This means there is something wrong with the installation.
  
  Please post the output of the following command
  
  set
  
  from the CMD Prompt.
  
  Also, do you have install.err file under (default) C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student
  
  if so, please post the content of it here as well.
  
  You may need to reinstall it.
