SubscriberHi,This may sound strange,when I use CST to simulate plane waves, I can get the results shown in the figure below. It is indeed a plane wave.

Please check which type of fields are selected under incident waves in the edit sources dialogue box of your model.
If you check incident fields then you can see the plane wave fields.

SubscriberThank you for your answer now I can get the incident wave. But there is another problem. My boundary condition is the radiation boundary. Shouldn't the incident field and the total field be the same?

Yes, you are right.
They will be similar except for minor scattering fields.
My guess is for a perfect setup they may be same.
