Why does Ansys Maxwell show “Not enough ANSYS Neutral Parallel licenses”?

      For running the Ansys Maxwell simulation using multiple cores (128) an error message is displayed even though HPC license has been purchased. I am changing to pack condition but still getting an error.

      If by command line, what is it?
      What is the exact error you receive?
      What licenses are on your license server?
