I am an undergraduate student with a project to model a PA with a target frequency of 28 GHz.Â
I am checking the s-parameter to see if the PA device (ADPA7005) works well when placed on top of the GCPW I created.Â
But despite being an amplifier, I'm getting too low a value for S21, can you tell me what the problem is?Additionally, I created the following links

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys learning forum. Your patience is much appreciated.
Please check if you are using the correct impedance values. If possible, please share a comparison of the s-parameters of the circuit element before and after connecting it with the Ansys HFSS software model.
Best regards,
Praneeth.
