      I'm starting the software and selecting the FDTD package to run, but this package has a white screen error while the other packages do not?

      Hi Tan Tran, 

      Delete the FDTD Solutions.ini and the rest of the Lumerical Product preference.ini files except the License.in file from your computer. See the KB for details. >>  Ansys Lumerical product preference files – Ansys Optics
