Where to find or how to create .bmp icons for ACT extensions?

  Hello,
  
  I am following the Ansys ACT Developers Guide, and I am not sure and couldn't figure it out myself, how to create the .bmp icons that should be located under the "images" folder.

  I assume it's just a bitmap image that's then shrunk to be a button.

  Yes, I figured how to create them.
  
  I guess that I was looking for the exact pictures versus make them myself.
