Hello all,

Several years ago I simply created rotational angle as a parameter for my model

Now, in the same model the same tool has no Parameter button ("P").

My question is how to perfom the operation of creating rotational angle as a parameter now?

Hello,

Parameter or Driving dimension can be created from the Groups tab as seen in image below. 

Although, for a geometry similar to yours I see that the parameter option is greyed out. 
Let me check this at my end and get back to you.
