where can I download materils for optics rendering and simulation.

  Like to know where I can download materials for materials, scattered surfaces, textures , and plastics for SPEOS use.

  You can download the library on https://download.ansys.com/Current%20Release
  Then deploy Add-on packages and you will fin Optical Libraries.
