What is this crazy visualization that occurred?

      I created a surface mesh on my model. The visualization looked fine. Then I improved the surface mesh to try to get rid of skewed cells and I get this crazy visualization. What happened?

      There are some Skewd cells, by looking at the console your crtierion is not reached.Please try to reosolve this issue

      Skewed cells of only 0.76 are making the face come out of the model like that? That's weird!
