  Hello guys! I haven't been here in a long time...
  
  So, my question for this time is: I need to reference the behavior of orthogonal quality and skewness statistics (that question of, if the orthogonal quality is near to 0 the quality is low if near to 1 is high...), as in the image below (that I found in Google):
