Hi
I think it is quite clear - there is a frictionless support betwen faces that meet at a common edge/ So that shared edge will see two different supports. So mechanical is trying to apply that (needs to have a nodal coordinate system that is good), and if does it might be ok.
In practice, what does this mean.
So this means that it is best to check the results carefully, and especially around these common edges.
All the best
Erik

Hi Erik,
Thank you for the reply. In reality, what can we do to avoid the above warning?
Thanks and Regards,

Hi since there is a frictionless support on faces that meet at a common edge and that have possible different boundary conditions, one can perhaps do something so that they do not have a common edge (e.g., add a radius on the edge so that the faces do not share a common edge anymore). There are possible other ways. The warning is clear so it is just up to the user if they leave it or if we do something about as mentioned above.
All the best
