I set up a EM model in Maxwell, and checked using "validate" function. It all looks good. Then I start to solve, within several seconds, it prompted the following message and stop. I then double-checked material set up. again it looks good. I think if there is something wrong with steel 1006, I just switch to steel 1010. However, after I switched the material to steel 1010, the problem remain.

Could anybody tell me what cause this problem?

In your screenshot, there is just a warning message telling you that you have invalidated your solved solution since you changed the material definition of an object in the model - which is completely expected - this is not an error. Were there any additional warning/error messages?
