 What does 'No mesh operation was effective in the band-region after re-mesh! '  mean?

I assume you are running transient simulation.
This error may come if you have imported the mesh into a transient simulation.
Please provide more information or screenshots of your model to interpret the error correctly.
If you have imported the mesh into your project. It's better to work with mesh operation in transient simulation than importing the mesh particularly in the band region(If you have imported the mesh in your project).
