We wanted to check the life of the weld due to vibration velocity and additional loads sepaerately.
How to evaluete the same in ansys?

Mechanical does not provide an automated method for assessing weld fatigue. If you have access to Ansys nCode DesignLife, you consider using it.

There is at least one weld fatigue example in the Ansys nCode DeisgnLife Worked Examples.
There is also a weld fatigue training course available on the Ansys Learning Hub.
If you have an Enterprise license for 24R1 or 24R2, I recommend that you try using the Ansys nCode DesignLife Add-On for weld fatigue.
