1.Where is the Configure-Price-Quote-Order page?
This is the page where sales can create different product configurations, set custom price and get approval, and save the configuration (as a URL). The URL can then be included as part of the overall software quote that Sales sends to the customers.
It's currently located at:

2.Where can sales ask more questions?
Both Ansys Direct and Channel Partners can ask questions by posting in the Certification help forum.
