SubscriberHello,nDoes anbody know if it's possible to performe a 2D System Coupling FSI Simulation? I know that it's possible in 3D but I've been trying to do a 2D one to save time and the FSI coupling option on the transient structural mechanical workbench just won't appear. I know that it's only supported for planar stress models but I've change that setting too and it just won't apppear.n -

AdministratorHello,nIf you are running Fluent and trying to set-up data transfers, Fluent must use a 3D mesh. The data transfer regions cannot exist in 2D meshes (on line/curve). Please see the link about Fluent's 'Support Capabilities & Limitations'.nThank you. nKarthiknn
