SubscriberHello,
I am running a transient simulation in Fluent. I am trying to collect mass flow rate data through a tube. I am made a plane that is a perpendicular to the center of the tube to capture to flow velocity on the contour. The simulation runs without any issues and the save gets saved for a video file. However when I try to save the video file to export it I am getting this error. I can view/play the video without any issue in fluent but when I save it I run into this error. If anyone can suggest anything that I might have missed in the settings or incorrectly setting up a plane that would be very helpful. Thank you kindly all.

Ansys EmployeeHello Chris,Â
can you try writing the video to a different location? One with a shorter path length
