Typically one uses constraint equations to apply those (say CERIG or RBE3).
See this video (below) where they apply a remote force.

To apply a moment (100 Nm) to a remote point called remotepone (under details, definition, and APDL name) you need to probably insert something like this as a command snippet (F command):
F,remotepone,MX,100
 Or just use a moment and pick that remote point
