I have been working on a Flettner Rotor model where the empirical calculations aligned well with the existing research but the CFD outcome deviated significantly. I needed to apply a specularity shear condition but the setup wouldn't allow me to apply any condition other than the no-slip condition. Moreover, while calculating the Drag force in the function calculator, the result seemed to be a bit absurd. How can I come up with a solution.

Assuming the mesh is suitable I'd expect the solver to give the correct results for the boundary settings you applied. What may not tie up is your boundary conditions and empirical inputs.Â
