Using Lumerical Charge I've set up a simple PN Junction. Using the charge monitor, it is possible to monitor the steady state concentration of electrons and holes individually, but I cannot find a way to show the net concentration of either (as they would recombine), is there any way to do this?

You can either use charge monitor https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034398154-EH-charge-monitor-Simulation-object
or directly ger result from CHARGE for the whole simulation volume.
They are n,p densities though. their difference is the net concentration.
