SubscriberCiao Subashni
I tried to activate the license with the command prompt and it doesn't activate.
It is not possible all the time to have these licensing issues, you should have an alternative plan when this issue occurs as another support server.
In this way economic damage is caused to companies and the entire technical offices remain stationary and do not produceBest Regards

SubscriberSubashni Now it is possible to solveÂ
- Open Command prompt in admin mode
- In the command prompt, type in:
cd C:Program FilesANSYS Incv211licensingclientwinx64 - Once in that directory, run the following command:

SubscriberHello Subashni Naresh PatreCharudatta Bandgar
I hope that yesterday's problems won't happen again as they have caused us many problems.
It is not possible that the licenses do not have a support server in case of problems.
If the licenses connect to the internet once a month to check the license why if the server does not work, the license does not work? Does it mean that every day the license requires an internet connection with the exchange of information on the server?Best Regards

Ansys EmployeeHello Roberto
Yesterday's issue was a very rare incident which affected many SpaceClaim users having Named User (subscription) license. To give you some more information about this issue, earlier there was an issue with the SpaceClaim floating license that it would have enabled 2 simultaneous sessions. So a correction was made to fix it, but it resulted in an additional error in the subscription license which resulted in unavailability of SpaceClaim license. We again apologize for the inconvenience caused and we'll work on to avoid repeating such situations in future.
I think this issue could have affected only those users who were connected to internet. The subscription license can remain activated for a period of 30 days without internet connection. So for offline customers, I don't think they should have encountered this problem. Did you see any users who were not connected to internet but still encountered the issue?
If any of the customers are still facing the issue, please share the email address of the customer and the .ansys folder (zip it) from %temp% location.
Our sincere apologies once again!
