Hello, 
I have a customer who can't update his version 
from keyshot light v6 to keyshot light v8.
Is there any particular action to be taken?

Could you please elaborate (with screenshots/ error message) on what is the issue you are facing with the update?

Let me quickly clear it up to you that standalone Keyshot will require a license to be purchased from them.

Ansys Discovery SpaceClaim allows using Keyshot only through SpaceClaim.

Could you also please ensure that you have the correct installer? You can download the Installer by clicking on the 'Download Keyshot' icon under the 'Keyshot' tab in SpaceClaim.

there is a problem of connexion when you are activating 'download keyshot'

is there another way to 'download this new version' -> KEYSHOT  V8.2

I'm not aware of any other way to download it. I will find out from my team and let you know.

Although, downloading from SpaceClaim should not be a problem. Could you elaborate on what is the connection issue you are facing? Could you try launching SpaceClaim with Admin rights and try again?

spaceclaim to match with the latest keyshot version
he keeps me informed
