Update failed for the Mesh component in Fluid Flow (Fluent). Error updating cell Mesh in system Flu

  Hi. I'm currently using Ansys 2021 R1 to do my stimulation. I try to import the step file of my design to fluent but it's showing an error when I was updating the mesh. Previously I used the 2020 R2 version then I uninstall it and reinstall it to the 2021 R1 version but still showing the same error. I tried to check if there are any special characters or Chinese characters in the file/folder name but I couldn't find any.
  Can I know what is the problem and how I can solve it? Help me.

  What platform are you running on? Is this the ANSYS Student version or the full version? Is this happening upon trying to open Meshing, or after creating the mesh and exiting the Meshing app?n

  I am getting this error while updating after meshing. I am using version 19.2. How can I solve this error? I will trade in Fluent.
