Uniaxial tesnion&compression test data

  Hello friends,
  Can anyone explane how to define a hyperelastic material property exactly from the test data (unixial) without curve-fitting to a hyperelastic model. I think I should use Uniaxial tesnion&compression test data on Enginieering data please check the figure. I can't find any information about htis in help document.
