Unexpected error: Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin

  I just installed Ansys Student and when I finish the installation and initialize Workbench I get the following error message:
  I have tried reinstalling Ansys Student and checking that all drivers are up to date.

  Hi Jose,
  Run the ProductConfig.exe as admin from C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v241/ (On linux : ~InstallDir/AnsysInc/v241) and check for prerequisites.
  This could be an issue with Windows user account contains some special characters or non-English language alphabets. For a quick test, try creating a new/simple Windows user account that contains only English letters and/or numbers, such as abc, a123, etc. , and see if that fixes the issue.
