Unable to intersect 2 bodies in Ansys Spaceclaim

      Hi everyone,

      I want to combine 30 particles with a cylindrical matrix, but when I use the combine tool, I keep getting the error "unable to intersect bodies."

      No geometry problems are found in either of these models. I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong.

      Looks like you had faceted data and then you have just used Convert to solid option to make it as CAD body. So that body has many traingular faces. So it may give problems in boolean operations. 

      You will need to create those geometries from different options as shown in following video.
