Unable to download Ansys student software

  i am getting this message everytime i am trying to download
  "Access Denied You don't have permission to access this resource on this server." How do I solve this issue?

  Yes, it worked. The old version wasn't properly uninstalled. After uninstalling, I was able to download it.
