      I am modelling the following structure, that is, a beam with a translation oscillator (TO) and a rotational oscillator (RO):

      Ansys staff can not download any files on the forum, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert inline images describing your problem.
      Also, create a free-standing remote point first and then scope your joints and point mass to it. Does it work that way?
