SubscriberFor the ansys analysis, I want the final result would be the time-domain signal of a pulse received by a transducer. Should I use static acoustics? The shell is full of water and the inside body should be a infinte length and width plastisol with 25mm thickness. I am looking to analyze a structural response to the pulse signal. The boundary condition would be the solid will immerse in the water.
I tried with harmonic acoustic analysis but it can only input frequency. I want to input a sine wave and getting result similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q53iis3XLbQ&ab_channel=HuberPhysics -

Ansys EmployeeHi
Transient acoustics is what you want, and it can be done with coupled field transient system.
See these posts for some more info perhaps, and search online – open up a new post if you have any more specific questions.
