SubscriberHi,Â
is it possible to stop the effect of a wave pressure at the inlet after a chosen dt but with the simulation always running?
Thank youÂ

SubscriberI have a time based simulation, my inlet is a pressure inlet defined by a udf (sine wave). I want to study only a few wave cycles and see how they propagate

Forum ModeratorOK, and after some time the boundary pressure is constant? Assuming that's the case have a look at DEFINE_PROFILE and IF statements. It's also possible via Expressions within Fluent using much the same approach.Â
