Two way coupling for Maxwell and thermal problem

Hi, 

I am doing simulations for a cryogenic motor. I want to do a two-way coupling for Maxwell 3D and thermal 3D. Due to the computational complexity, I want to use the university's HPC to solve it. However, I have no idea how I should write the sub file and/or the Python file for these coupling simulations, and what files I should submit to HPC. I am wondering if anyone has samples?
