I am encountering an issue with Ansys Fluent 2024 R1. When I attempt to activate the energy-equation two-temperature model, the following error message appears:
"Unable to acquire a license for the Two Temperature model. Please check for availability of the cfd_hsf license increment in your license file and contact your Ansys representative to add this increment if needed."
The individual responsible for managing this matter at UCSD has advised me to reach out to Ansys directly. The primary reason for downloading this version was to utilize this specific feature, so resolving this issue is crucial. Could you please connect me with the appropriate Ansys representative who can assist in resolving this problem?
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. -

That licence is sold differently as it's on a US restricted list. We may be able to assist, but as I don't know what UCSD is I can't prod the correct regional team.Â
Given the high speed functions can you tell me what you're looking into?Â

UCSD stands for the University of California, San Diego. We are currently conducting research in hypersonic flow dynamics, with a particular focus on analyzing boundary layer transition. Given the specialized nature of this research, we require access to tools that can accurately simulate and analyze these phenomena. Your assistance in directing us to the appropriate regional team would be greatly appreciated.
