When I try to make enclousure to the whole rotor, it is only made for the hub.

I don't know why the blades cant be enclosed, even if I try to subtract them from the cylinder it wont work. I made the blade in QBlade ( as slt file) then did a pattern on ANSYS Spa

Looks like your blade had too many faces. Can you please reduce no. of faces for blades. You can use reverse engineering tools in SpaceClaim.
