Hey guys, I'm facing an issue while using Maxwell 3D to calculate the capacitance of two coplanar PEC plates. These plates are identical, with a length of 200um and a width of 100um. My problem is that I'm trying to set the height of the plates to 6nm, but the simulation keeps failing. Any tips on how to successfully simulate it and find the capacitance? Thanks in advance!
