Hello AvokhourÂ
There should be a desktop icon called "Discovery Live" which you can double click to launch Discovery Live. Alternatively, you can also search for the application from the Windows Start menu.Â
If Discovery Live shortcut is not available on desktop or in the Windows start menu, then it could be some installation issue. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Discovery products as follows:
- Uninstall all Discovery products
- Temporarily disable any antivirus, antimalware, and/or Windows Defender functions
- Ensure that you have full administrator privileges on the PC
- Right click the Discovery installer, select Run as Administrator, and follow the prompts to complete the installation

Hello grshogan Avokhour
Did you click the "Start Trial Now" button located on the "Free Trial" page? If yes, can you login to https://myaccount.ansys.com/mysubscriptions and check if subscriptions of the free trial are listed under your account? Can you share snapshot of your account page?

Hello Avokhour grshogan
I came to know that there wasn't any system issue that could affect the trial subscriptions. Can you clear the internet browser history and try clicking the free trial link and let me know how it goes?

Hello Avokhour
I can see trial subscription under your account. You can cross-check it by logging into your DIscovery account using below link:
https://myaccount.ansys.com/mysubscriptions.
The trial subcriptions are not yet activated. So please launch any Discovery application, then specify Discovery account credentials and your subcription will get activated on your amchine. Let me know if you face any issues.
