transient thermal simulation timesteps probs

  Hi, recently I've been facing a strange situation in a transient thermal analysis.
  I found a section in the handbook that talks about it (see the pictures below).
  
  I'm not too sure about the recommended settings.
  To avoid thermal undershoot, I used automatic time stepping instead of manually calculating Bi and F0 to determine $Δ t$ .
  However, after importing the data from ANSYS into SigmaPlot, I ended up with some messy results.
  
  I could use a bit of help here
  BTW those 2 pics up here is same crosection data, first on is draw by sigmaplot other one is ansys display — big thanks in advance!
