Consider the above the engine with the identified revolute joints but it should be noted that the large cylinder is not suppose to rotate along the rotor, instead it has to simply be jostled alone with the rotor dislocating it's center at each encounter. Please I greatly need help here

Don't look at the last Unconverged substep. Look at the second last row in the tabular output which is a converged substep.
Look at the Solution Output to find out what caused the solution to stop.

This is a simulation I attempted recently after some modifications of the previous one. Here I tried simplifying the loads but yet again it was not a success

I gave you the rigid dynamics model in December.
What do you need from the Transient Structural that you aren't getting from the Rigid Dynamics model?

I need to add a periodic explosive pressure of about 300bars applied to each wing just at the moment the wing closes up with the chassis and this pressure has to gradually decrease as the wings open up indicating the expansion of the gas. From there, I wish to get the resultant torque at the rotor shaft considering the shaft rotates at 6000rpm and when it rotates at say 60rpm.
Otherwise I wish to find the reaction force exerted at each revolute joint between the wings and the rotor cylinder, considering the rotor shaft rotates at 6000rpm with a torque of 130Nm.

Everything you described are pressures or forces being applied to parts. Can't you do that in Rigid Dynamics?
The only reason you would need Transient Structural is if you needed the parts to be flexible.

,I want to observe the connections that you have built in this Rigid Dynamics model. Is it possible for you to upload the archieve file for this project for ANSYS 2021R1 version please?

,yes sir I know you have already uploaded it, and I cannot open that archieve file since it is saved through a later version of ANSYS than the version that I am using.
I don't know it is possible within ANSYS to save files at a previous version or not. If it is, then I would be grateful if you could re-share the same archieve file but for the version 2021R1, since this is the one I currently have.

Unfortunately, there is no way to save as a previous version.
