TIMSTEP IS TOO SMALL error in ANSYS MOTION

      Hello everyone, I'm getting the TIMSTEP IS TOO SMALL error in ANSYS MOTION when I run a calculation.
      I have the following mesh:

      The second element, which rotates the shaft, is a rigid body.
      I'm using the following settings:

      Why does this error occur?

      Hi,

      This is a general error that can occur due to multiple reasons. Please check out the solver output file; there you will find the reason and recommendations to resolve the errors. You can also try reducing the maximum step size.

        Yes, sir, I understand.
        I've also used all the necessary general knowledge on this issue. But it doesn't go away.
        I'd like to point out that I've increased the minimum time step, damping, and stabilization:

        But I always get an error when Multi Point is enabled in the contact settings:

        If I use Surface, the problem is solved. But I want to understand why it doesn't work with MultiPoint.
