I just installed thermal desktop with all the prerequisite software, however I keep receiving the message that no license is available when trying to open a thermal desktop file. I am connected to the licensing server and the error message I am getting when looking at features in use isĀ
ansyslmd: No socket connection to license server manager. (-7,10015)
Has anyone had anything similar, or does anyone know of a fix?
A bit of context as well I am running this off a client computer connected to a server. -

I recommend checking firewall logs to see if being blocked,
Also, can you ping the License Server by it's hostname. On the License server, check firewall setting too:
ANSYS License Manager: Configuring Firewall Exceptions on Windows (youtube.com)If License Server is Linux, check iptables.

Firewall settings weren't the issue, I disabled windows firewall completely and was still receiving the same issue. Also pinged the server and didn't have any connection issues there.

Firewall settings are not the problem, I have completely turned off Fall Guys firewall and still have the same problem. I have also pinged the server and have not encountered any connection problems.
