[Thermal Desktop] Adding node block in Logic manager for existing submodel

I have an existing SINDA/TSS model that  has some nodes defined in SINDA and some nodes created by concap,  but all the nodes are in the same submodel  (ie MAIN).   In TD,  I created a logic object for the SINDA defined nodes.  When I generate the INP file,  the CC file ends up with two node blocks for the submodel ( MAIN), one from the logic object and one for the node generated from the geometry by TD.  SINDA errors because there are two "HEADER NODE DATA, MAIN".  Is there a way to make this work?  or do I need to split it into two submodels?  There are a lot of conductors as well so it'd be tedious.

++ERROR   38++ DUPLICATE OR INACTIVE MODEL NAME REFERENCED ON NODE HEADER INPUT.

I am unable to replicate this behavior and have 3 header node data blocks for the same submodel in my test. I will reach out to you separately to get a sample of your inputs.
