There is a line creation error

Hello everyone
I created a line between these two points using
. But when I select this line to use it to create a surface, this message occurred and the surface is not created, and then the file failed in ANSYS.

Even when I neglect this line and delete it, and tried to create the surface using other lines, the surface fails. Does anyone have an idea about what the error could be?
