Hi,

Unable to launch the ansys spaceclaim software although we have two licenses.
They do not appear on the account. 
Please solve this recurring problem with your server license.

Hi nicolas

I checked your account and I found your ANSYS Discovery Modeling (Named User) license is already activated on 2 devices, so it cannot be activated on any other device. Can you try deactivating the subscription licenses and then activate again?

If the problem persists, type %temp% in Windows Search and locate .ansys folder. Zip this folder and send to me.
