  Hi, I have seen this error in your FAQ, and have already deactivated my Firewall. However, still getting this error. Our license will expire in 20 days, and we will renew it, but we still need to use it for some urgent projects right now. How should we proceed?

  I checked your account and didn't find any subscription associated with your account. Please ask the admin of your account to assign the SpaceClaim subscription to you and try again.
