SubscriberI am not able to solve this error. I cannot disclose my project as I don't have permission for it. I can attach the settings that I have used. There are no error in the contacts as I have done it properly.
 Explanation of the model: The model was first simulated on steady-state thermal structural analysis, and then the deformed model and stress were imported for the second transient thermal structural analysis. The settings and boundary conditions can be seen in the picture below. Thank You.

See in the thermal analysis that fails, the solver output information (Losunginfo.).

Check there for all errors and warning messages also.
