The nodal solution for displacement command is not giving me a coloured plot

  Hi everyone, as it is shown in the image, when I execute the comand PLNSOL,U,SUM I obtain a white plot but I still get the colour scale. I want to get the plot with the colours in the scale, does enyone know what should I do? Thank you!

  Is the model constructed using line elements (probably beams)? If so, you may need to use the /ESHAPE command to show the elements and the contours.

  hello, thanks for your response, but unfortunately it is not working. Also the message " BEAM/PIPE elements are detected in the selected element set. They are
  ignored in the nodal averaging." appears when I want to calculate the von misses stress. Do you know what I have to fix?

  yes, stresses from beam elements will not be include in nodal stress averaging. Why are you reviewing nodal results results for beam elements? Did you review the element results?
