The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect

  can someone help me with this error, i have created a GYROID unit cell of 5 mm from tpms lattice structures by using material designer module, then i have added two plates at the top and bottom in space claim to perform compression test by using displcement at top and fixed support at bottom, with structural steel as material, now while meshing i am getting this error "The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input. Please try meshing with another mesh method or different mesh options". if anyone know about this just help me. i am attaching the screen shot of geometry and error.
