The license does not work

      Hello 

      The license does not work, I tried to activate it also with the command prompt, I am attaching the file.
      I installed SpaceClaim on a new pc and deactivated the license from the old one

      The pc has administrator rights and the firewall is disabled.
      There is no antivirus.

      Once you have the files, please delete them

      Activation- deactivation could take some time to process. 

      Although on the email address you have mentioned, two devices have been activated. Please try after some time. Let me know if the problem persists.

        Roberto Please can you ask the user to try activating now. I checked their account and it looks like the license has now been deactivated from the two devices.
