Ansys EmployeeHello,
could you please check whether you can edit the legend through scripting, as a workaround?
You can find how to use Mechanical scripting to change the legend in below article.

Best regards,
Sascha

SubscriberThank you so much for replying faster than anyone else.
Afterwards, I tried looking for other solutions, and I was able to resolve the issue using the method I found at this address.
If I come across something I don’t understand in the future, I’d appreciate your help again.
Have a great day!

Ansys EmployeeHi
Thank you for the feedback - good to hear that this article helped.
Â
In order to help others, did you use environmental variable in Windows, ANS_USE_OPENGL_LEGEND_EDIT to 1, to resolve the issue?
Thank you and all the bestÂ

Hello Erik,
First, the method I initially used was to go into Ansys Workbench (Mechanical) → Automation Tab → Manage and add the coding uploaded by Rohith Patchigolla, which creates a separate Contour Editor.
After reading your post, I also tried adding the environmental variable ANS_USE_OPENGL_LEGEND_EDIT. With this method, I was able to confirm that the Edit button, which appears when right-clicking the Legend, also worked properly.
In conclusion, both methods were successful. I hope this helps.

You can check Rohith Patchigolla’s coding at the above link.Â
